Bad head position is killing your squat!
This is super helpful, I’ve needed help with this for a long time. Thank you!
8 years ago I saw You broken on IG - I extended my hand and gave You words of kindness to lift You up - You thanked me. Today 8 years later You lifted something heavier than Your DL or SQ - Me. I needed to hear this Chris. I'm going back to work. I know what must be done to create wonderful future. PS : I often recommend Anti- Fragile book by Nassim Taleb to people.
Amazing video!!
My heart goes out to you and yours through this tragedy. Find the happiness in A’s birthday, whatever it takes. Time will heal and there will be a moment when you will look back on this and be proud of your resilience and strength.
so sorry to see this, happened to a few of my own family. wish you and yours all the best
i've been training consistently for over a year and i've been super frustrated with my lack of chest activation for, well, over a year. this was my exact problem. couldn't find this information anywhere else on the internet. absolute godsend
Im on my second storage unit
I would love to Help. But I hope this true. My parent's lost thier house buy fire so i understood.
Where do we send.
That's all you Chris....
So sorry that this happened Chris
I’m so sorry to hear Chris
Love your spirit Chris! 💪💛✌️ Thanks for sharing! 😎
Really needed to hear this. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾 Love the head down analogy.
This is a great conversation!!
It's not even a stupid duffin trick it's just impressive
Easy plus I have bigger muscles
Your tatoos look like my wife's dress
And he’s right in front of his ac fan lmao
Do you take your steroids in pill form or an injection?
Wow for 50 he sure moves like hes not even 65 yet! Zzz...zzz...
now thats a man right there lol
Back flexion versus performing an inverted leg raise havevdiffetent dynamics. Back flexion involves compression amd gravity. Lying on your stomach and pulling your legs underneath shifts gravity of your legs ,from down to forward. It is a natural hip flexion movement upside down,it is not even close to standing spinal flexion. You can look at it look at it like a cat cow with resistance.
Hey Chris, I really appreciate what you are doing, hats off to the phenomenal worldclass accomplishments you have done. Sorry to hear how the story of Kabuki evolved over the last few months. But it doesn't surprise me that much, looking into the business model. Selling a product at such high quality to a still niche market with no recurring rev model is a setup for volatility. And fin lev should only go as far as rev volatility allows. I learned this sentence the hard way, too. We are rooting for you Chris and Kabuki to comeback, excited for whats to come.
I know this is starting off slow but I think it will blow up when it more people catch on to it
I did this and literally got 22 reps instead of 14 reps the 2 previous sets 😅 gonna try 1-3 reps next time I bench and see what i get
I’m sure these guys know a lot about the human body and it’s repair and development but they’re wrong on this one.
Breathing 😮💨 is so overrated. Just practice meditation so you don’t have to breathe 🧘 as much. 😅
I brace just don’t breath. No problems! 😅
Bro has crazy eyes lol
Calling the brand Kabuki Strength but then saying it's not about the showmanship is ironic because that's exactly what kabuki means in Japanese - that it's more about the showmanship.
Best one i've seen so far. Thanks
hell yeah
Hi, I have trained abs / lower back with situps, legrise, hyperextrention. And from mid 2023 doing reverse hyper ( no machine just bodyweight ). But never feel it doing so good. Feel strange. Last 16 weeks I have done just bird-dog ( 1 set 10sec / 1 set 25sek ), side plank ( 1 set 10 sec / 1 set 20sec ) and curl up ( one set, 5 curl ups pr side ). I do that every other day before workout. No situps, legrise and hyperextention. My core feels SO good. So happy I tryed the tips from you!! 👍
fuckin masterclass of a rep!!!
Thanks Chris, for this video. Gonna add to my favorites to watch more often as a reminder. Got hurt during my first working set of deads yesterday. Never had problems with deads before. I'll be a lot more critical with assessing during warmup prior to even lifting. So mad at myself right now.
What is the pricing on this bar
yuh
666
Got one a month ago. Expensive but fantastic! If you can afford it, get it. I still do conventional back squats and don’t have mobility issues but I got this for front squat training, which for me on a conventional bar is very uncomfortable. The Transformer bar fixed it!
When did bench press become so complicated
Only sqat i can do with my long femurs. ❤ love it.
Thanks so much!!!!
Hey what was your TPO numbers if you don’t mind me asking?
I do 15 reps Zercher and 15 reps front, one after another.
Sir I can't explain how big of a hero you are, very fucking well taught why didn't I see this video before better late then never
Step 1: put on panties and a skirt. Step 2: pull sumo.
